Since our services are custom project work, refund eligibility depends on the milestone at which a project is cancelled. Advance payments cover discovery, planning and work already in progress and are generally non-refundable once that stage has started.
If a project is cancelled before any development or design work has started, the advance payment (minus any consultation or planning time already spent) may be refunded at our discretion.
If a project is cancelled after work has begun, the client is billed for work completed to date. Any balance from advance payments beyond completed work will be refunded.
Recurring support or maintenance plans can be cancelled at the end of the current billing cycle. Fees already paid for the current cycle are non-refundable, but no further billing occurs after cancellation.
Refund requests should be sent in writing to Info@infowebsoftware.com along with the project or invoice reference. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
